In order to do that we work in partnership with different international transport companies to provide you a safe, fast and cheap delivery service for your purchase Europe and Worldwide.

All furniture transits by Brussels (Belgium) where they pass strict quality controls. Customers are most welcome to pick up their goods from our main depot.

In case you ask for a delivery service for your purchase you can be sure that special care is taken to protect every object. Our professional packing team works to ensure that all items are well-protected to make a safe trip. Shipping tariffs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total volume and distance of the shipment.

Transport costs are automatically calculated by our online system for each order when you introduce delivery address and validate your purchase. In order to simplify this process we have classified all products in different categories according to size for the resulting table including our most common destinations. Deliveries in Belgium and Paris (France)

We provide this service trough professional movers including a two-men and in-home service. Should you need an external lift to access your place, please let us know in advance to ensure a good service. Extra charges for requested lift are between 50 and 60 euros in Brussels and you can pay them to the lifter on the spot once the job is done.

London Gallery also does frequent deliveries in the capital of France providing a two-men service to introduce the furniture to your place and packaging removal and installation if required. We transport to Paris in a weekly basis and keep delivery fees low by planning ahead different deliveries in the same area making a collective shipment. Please contact us to be informed about our next lorry to your area and the estimate date of delivery to you.

Deliveries in the rest of France and Europe

London Gallery makes deliveries all over  Europe in a daily basis in partnership with international transport companies and you can be assured of our professionalism in these matters. To maintain a low cost transport policy the delivery service is not provided by moving but carriers companies which means the vehicle will arrive with a single driver for a door to door service. In case of big furnishings you will need to arrange assistance to ensure at least two people present to move the furniture into your home. Any extra services such us a second man to help the driver are subject to extra charges and must be requested in advance.    

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” To ensure your furniture arrives to you safely we pack and protect each piece carefully and use pallets to reduce the risk of handling. The total amount of your purchase is always covered by an all risk insurance contract. On receipt of your order it is essential to inspect the external packaging for any signs of transit damage and to write down any detected problem in the driver’s note. If the goods are badly damaged don’t hesitate to refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Minor incidents can easily be solved by a local craftsman or upholsterer. We will take back any damaged goods or assume the fixing free of charge for you.

In case of an external lift needed to access your place please make the necessary arrangements with a local company well in advance.

Delivery Worldwide

London Gallery also has many costumers outside the European borders and ships its furniture Worldwide.

Please contact us if you visit our website from outside Europe. Our logistics department will study your case and answer you as soon as possible with the best available solution and shipping rate to deliver the goods in your geographic location. 

Delivery Timing

Should your choice of furniture be in stock and therefore immediately available in our central depot we will immediately start packing your goods and give them to the transport company in charge of bringing them to you. The estimate delay since the confirmation of your online order ,and receiving the goods can vary between 48 hours for deliveries in Belgium and about a week for cross-borders shipments. For all deliveries we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the transport company picks up the goods so you can trace your package at all time (online and/or by phone) and know exactly when it will be delivered to you well in advance.

If you are commissioning us a new piece of furniture or maybe ordering one out of stock to be replicate for you, our craftsmen will start making your order just after receiving your online order validation. It takes approximately 8 to 12 weeks to make a hand crafted item of the highest quality as the ones we propose in our catalogue. We can only thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
